• Robust Stainless Steel construction
• Designed to prevent the penetration of the chimney by winds which cause smoke to escape from a stove or open fireplace.
• Thanks to 'sail' design blade fins, the Spinner Chimney Cowl responds to wind coming from any direction.
• Response is immediate because of its double bearing pivot action.
• In addition, prevents rain penetration & nestling birds. 
• When revolving the Spinner also ventilates the chimney shaft, helping keep it dry & it can also prevent back-up smells coming down into the room via the stove or fireplace.
• The spinner should be checked and cleaned every 6 months 

Typical Down Draught Symptoms:

1.  If you experience smoke or fumes coming (puffing) out from the stove or open fireplace in windy weather.
2. If you experience smoke or fumes coming (puffing) out from the stove or open fireplace when the wind is coming from one direction. 

When Not to Use a Spinner: 

• Your chimney is shorter than 6m - temperature should not exceed 200c at top of flue
• You burn fuels that have a moisture content greater than 20% - please check with a moisture meter
• You burn fuels that have a high sulphur content 
• The chimney diameter is greater that 230mm or 9" internal diameter

We are pleased to offer Republic of Ireland delivery from €6.99. Small parcels cost €6.99, large parcels €15.99, and pallet deliveries €60. Local delivery in Galway and Mayo is also available for €15, and orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.
