We always recommend that all customers read our returns policy before proceeding with an order.
Returning your item to Glynns should be a quick and simple process and our team members are more than happy to help you with any queries. We are happy to offer full refund up to 30 days.
We are unable to offer returns on some of our items. These include gift vouchers, bagged products including cement, skimcoat and tile adhesive, slates and any items that are ordered in as a special order for a customer, including Velux Windows, Internal Doors & Sanitary Ware.
If you wish to return the items without a replacement you may incur additional delivery or collection charges.
If an item arrives in a damaged condition we must be notified within 24 hours & we will organise delivery of a new item as soon as possible and would kindly ask you to have the damaged product available for collection.
In certain cases, i.e. electrical shower we may need to organise an on-site inspection of the item this is to ascertain the issue with the product or install before proceeding with a return or replacement.
When returning an item to Glynns we suggest using a service that offers parcel tracking as until the goods arrive back to our premises, we can not be responsible for it.
Items being returned for a refund must be in as new condition, unopened and fit for a full resale.
Once a return is received by us please allow up to 7 working days for your refund.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty on arrival or within a warranty period we ask you to contact us through the our website or email us sales@glynns.ie and we will organise an exchange or repair in line with the manufactures warranty.
Is it possible to return directly to store?
Yes, you can return your product to any of our three stores provided the return is in line with this policy and you have a valid receipt with you or can display it on a mobile device.
Is it possible to amend my order?
Once you have completed your online order we can no longer amend it. We can however refund and cancel your order and you can reorder.
