Description

PHS Gerband 386 Sealing Tape | AR9022

Gerband 386 external cloth tape seals all common roof and facade membranes with closed and rough surfaces outdoors. As a windtight, adhesive cloth tape it is suited for bonding and sealing membrane overlaps and joints.

It is an excellent solution for sealing round and angular penetrations of diffusion-open and diffusion-tight membranes in pitched roofs and facades. It is also suitable as a repairing tape for small damage or rips in roof and airtight membranes. It adheres very well to wood, bricks and non-sandy concrete surfaces. Gerband 386 external cloth tape is very resistant against humidity and diffusion-open. Furthermore it is UV-resistant over a period of 4 months even under direct solar radiation.

Sealing of sheating underlay membranes and facade membranes
Applicable outdoors
Bonding and sealing of overlaps, joints, and penetrations of diffusion supporting or resistant roof lining membranes in pitched roof areas according to DIN 4108, part 7
Repairing of roof lining membranes
