These Timco Solo Woodscrews feature a single thread design, primarily used in various types of timber and man-made boards, or in masonry with the appropriate plastic plug. Their double countersunk head reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists in achieving a complete countersink for a flush finish.
Wax lubricated for enhanced screw insertion time, these screws also offer extra driving torque and improved resistance to corrosion. They boast a 40° deep single thread for a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, and a 25° sharp point with a single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance. All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded, while lengths of 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length. They require a PZ2 driver bit.
